RTM is owned and managed by Rajpal Masih Enviornmental Health & Safety Professional. His career span neraly 15 years in the food industry; in food manufacturing, retailing, consultancy and training. I holds industry certifications in a wide variety of disciplines including: Chartered Fellow of IIRSM, Certified OHSAS 18001 Auditor under International Register of Certificated Auditors (IRCA), Registered Consultant on the HSE's Occupational Health and Safety Consultant's Register (OSHCR), HACCP Practitioner/ lead tutor and Chartered Fellow of the Royal Society of Public Health. I work closely with business associations and pride ourselves on the timely delivery of practical and proportionate advice to all of my clients. My work is underpinned by professional codes of conducts and regulated by the IOSH Code of Conduct and the OSHCR Professional Register Principles. I deliver a wide range of CIEH and RSPH internationally recognised programme in Food Safety, HACCP Food Safety Management systems and Occupational Health & Safety training to food manufacturing and food services industries.

I brings creative thinking and approaches gained from his broad range of work and cultural experience to the projects he manages. My aim is to provide my clients with competent services which help towards meeting their legal obligations.
